Safety
Health & Safety
At Master Mechanical Systems, health and safety are fundamental to how we operate. The work we do often involves complex mechanical systems, confined spaces, elevated work, and live equipment. We take that responsibility seriously.
Our Health, Safety, and Environment Management System is built around planning work properly, identifying hazards early, and ensuring our technicians have the training, experience, and equipment required to do their jobs safely and professionally.
Safety at Master Mechanical is not a box-checking exercise. It is an active process supported by leadership, supervision, and individual accountability at every level of the company.
We are committed to:
Maintaining safe and healthy work environments that meet or exceed regulatory requirements
Eliminating or controlling foreseeable hazards before work begins
Providing ongoing training and mentorship to our technicians
Encouraging clear communication and active participation in safety practices
Holding all team members accountable for safe work behaviors
Management is responsible for providing leadership, resources, and oversight. Supervisors are responsible for ensuring work is planned and executed safely. Employees are responsible for following procedures, using equipment properly, and looking out for one another.
Our goal is simple: everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.
Master Mechanical Systems reviews and updates its health and safety program regularly to ensure it remains effective, relevant, and aligned with the realities of the work we perform.
